Now it is time to redeem them for a product or products of your choice. The management at FedEx Ground thanks you for your contributions. You earned your FedEx Ground QRP award by going above and beyond your assigned duties. Bronze = 1 Certificate Silver = 2 Certificates Gold = 3 Certificates Titanium = 4 Certificates Platinum = 5 Certificates What do I do first? Make sure you have your FedEx Employee Number; you will need this to log onto the FedEx QRP site. It is preferable to have your certificate number(s) available so that you know how many certificates you have available. But don’t worry, your certificate numbers will auto-populate when you go to check-out. Step #1: You will be asked to enter your employee ID number and password to enter the site. Step #2: Look through the on-line catalog to select your award(s). Each level requires a different number of certificates as indicated. Step #3: Select your products. Step #4: Follow the check-out procedure. Note: Make sure you provide an accurate e-mail address at check-out. This will help us get in touch with you if needed. Having an email address on file allows you to receive notification when you are awarded certificates and also allows you to receive email updates for items that you order with your certificates. If you are a package handler, this is also to notify you that once you are permanently promoted, to a non-package handler job, you will no longer have access to redeem unused certificates. All certificates need to be redeemed prior to your new job start date. Moving to a temporary job will remove your ability to log in to the site while you are in that role. Once you move back to a regular package handler job your access will be returned.
